The Benefits Design Group evolved out of the founder’s realization that his clients who owned small businesses were being underserved by their current benefits providers and the belief that he could establish a company that could do it better. Many of his clients had simply purchased a health insurance policy through the local agency that provided their Property & Liability Insurance. What he discovered is that most of these providers did not specialize in employee & executive benefits and therefore were not able to advise the client about the various strategies that a business owner can implement to decrease taxes and build personal wealth while providing health and welfare benefits to employees.
The Benefits Design Group, LLC is a licensed insurance agency with the State of Ohio Department of Insurance.
